RETURN POLICY
Customized Jewellery
We do not provide returns for customized jewellery. Each piece is crafted according to your specifications, making it unique and personalized to you.
Order Confirmation
Once the design is approved and the order is confirmed, we will not refund the deposit in case of order cancellation. This is because materials and resources are allocated towards crafting your customized piece as soon as the order is confirmed.
Design Changes
Any changes in the design post-confirmation may have charges applicable depending on the extent of the modifications. We strive to accommodate design changes to the best of our ability, but additional charges may apply to cover the costs incurred.
Manufacturing Defects
In the unlikely event that your jewellery has a manufacturing defect, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to inform us. We will arrange for the repair or remake of the jewellery to ensure it meets our quality standards. Please note that this policy does not cover damages resulting from improper handling or wear and tear.
Buybacks
We do not accept any buybacks. Once a piece of jewellery is purchased, it belongs to the customer and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or store credit.
